Welcome to LAYD Cosmetics. These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of laydcosmetics.com and purchases made through our website. The website is operated by LAYD Cosmetics ("LAYD," "we," "us," or "our").
Please review these terms, our Privacy Policy and our Returns & Refunds Policy before placing an order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
Using our website
You may use our website for lawful purposes. Do not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or submit false payment or order information. You must be legally able to make the purchase or have authorization from a parent or legal guardian.
If you create an account, keep your login information secure and contact us if you suspect unauthorized use.
Products and product use
We sell lace wig adhesive, adhesive remover and related product combinations. Product descriptions, ingredients, directions and warnings are provided on the relevant product page and/or packaging. Follow those instructions and warnings, including any patch-test directions.
Individual results may vary with skin sensitivity, preparation, application, lace, environment and wear conditions. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent medical conditions. Stop use if irritation occurs and seek medical advice when appropriate. Contact us about a suspected product problem.
We make reasonable efforts to present products accurately. Screen settings may affect how colors and packaging appear. This does not excuse supplying a materially different or misdescribed product.
Orders, prices and payment
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable shipping charges and taxes are shown at checkout before you complete payment. Pricing changes apply to future orders.
An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order. If we cannot fulfill an order because of an inventory issue, a material listing error, suspected fraud or another legitimate reason, we will contact you and refund any payment for items we cancel. We will not substitute products or increase the amount charged without your agreement.
Payments are handled through the payment options available at checkout. Any optional installment payment arrangement is also subject to the selected provider's terms.
Processing and shipping
In-stock orders are normally processed within 2–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time. Preorders, backorders or products with a different shipping schedule will be identified before purchase.
We ship to destinations supported at checkout. Available delivery methods and charges are displayed before payment. Carrier estimates are estimates unless a guaranteed service is expressly offered.
If we cannot ship within the stated timeframe, we will notify you, offer an updated shipping date and provide the option to agree to the delay or cancel for a refund, as required by applicable law.
Please provide an accurate delivery address. Contact us promptly about address errors, lost packages or delivery problems so we can review available options. Responsibility for a delivery issue will be assessed based on the circumstances and applicable law.
Changes and cancellations
Email contact@laydcosmetics.com as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. We will try to help, but changes may not be possible once fulfillment has begun. Returns after shipment are handled under our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Returns and order problems
Eligible unused, unopened products may be returned when requested within 14 days after delivery, subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy. Opened or used products are not eligible for ordinary change-of-mind returns. Damaged, defective or incorrect products are reviewed separately.
Website content
LAYD's logos, original photographs, designs and other website content belong to LAYD or their respective owners. You may not reproduce or use that content commercially without permission, except as permitted by law.
Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience. Those websites have their own terms and privacy practices.
Updates and contact
We may update these terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date. Changes do not retroactively alter an order already placed unless required by law or agreed with you.
